Service Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to bicycle maintenance services provided by Strainingbeauty. As services are performed on your bicycle, standard product return policies do not apply.
Service Satisfaction
We aim to provide bicycle maintenance services that meet your expectations. If you have concerns about the service performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss the matter.
Service Issues
If you believe there is an issue with the service performed, please contact us promptly. We will review the situation and work with you to address any legitimate concerns. This may include:
- Re-inspection of the bicycle
- Additional adjustments if needed
- Discussion of the service performed
Refund Policy
Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a service issue cannot be resolved through re-inspection or adjustment, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges.
Service Limitations
Bicycle maintenance services address the specific tasks outlined in each service package. We perform maintenance work based on the condition of your bicycle at the time of service. We are not responsible for issues that arise from normal wear and tear, accidents, or damage that occurs after service completion.
Payment
Payment for services is typically due upon completion. We accept various payment methods which can be discussed when scheduling your appointment. Receipts are provided for all services.
